Lead HR operations for two French sites, advising managers and employees on payroll, social legislation, talent management, training, and organizational change. Act as HR coach, liaise with social partners, use Workday for HR processes, and participate in improvement projects alongside shared services, recruitment, and temporary employment agencies.

Leads a four-person accounting team and oversees French entities’ general ledger, closings, reporting, compliance, tax filings, audits, budgeting, and financial controls. The role partners with Group Finance and local management, improves accounting processes and systems, ensures accurate financial data, and supports AP, AR, invoicing, payroll controls, and statutory obligations.

Manage customer and operational P&L, translating organizational strategy into efficient action plans. Oversee organizational structure, cross-department coordination, team development, safety, profitability, customer retention, and operational optimization. Maintain trusted relationships with major customers, identify new business opportunities, and lead teams toward continuous growth and improved performance.
