Leads Gymshark’s global digital eCommerce product strategy and Product Management team across website, app, CRM, loyalty, personalization, and training products. Owns product portfolio performance, technology strategy, roadmaps, experimentation, conversion optimization, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Partners across technology, UX, engineering, data, commercial, and finance teams while mentoring Product Managers and establishing effective agile development practices.

Leads Gymshark’s long-term social communications strategy across platforms, translating brand campaigns into platform-native social ecosystems. Develops communications plans, identifies cultural opportunities, defines metrics, applies audience and performance insights, establishes governance, and partners with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Influencer, and Commercial teams. Leads and develops the organic social team while serving as the senior social communications voice across campaigns and launches.

The Senior Android Engineer leads mobile development, mentors team members, ensures project delivery aligns with business needs, and advocates for team collaboration, focusing on quality solutions and technology adoption.

Build and maintain automated tests for iOS and Android applications using Java, Appium, and BrowserStack. Integrate mobile automation into CI/CD pipelines, investigate test failures, improve framework reliability, and collaborate with developers, QE, and product teams on test strategy. Report quality metrics, contribute to code reviews, and explore AI-assisted testing tools. The role also supports performance, accessibility, API, and real-device testing.

The role partners with senior stakeholders to improve working capital performance, operational efficiency, governance, and financial processes while developing team priorities and supporting strategic business initiatives during a 12-month maternity-cover contract.

Leads end-to-end accessories product development from concept through final sign-off. Manages critical paths, technical construction, fit, compliance, quality, sustainability claims, supplier collaboration, testing, documentation, and stakeholder reporting. Works cross-functionally with design, sourcing, production, raw materials, colour, and quality teams to deliver technically sound products on time and to specification.

Lead technical design and assurance for data science solutions across the lifecycle. Provide hands-on modelling, review technical designs, embed standards for reproducibility, mentor data scientists, and partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, production-ready ML solutions aligned to business priorities.
