Partner with North America commercial teams across ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and gym channels. Support forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, investment decisions, and KPI reporting across P&Ls. Translate financial data into actionable recommendations, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve sales, margin, inventory health, and profitability. Assess store and gym investments, conduct post-investment reviews, and present insights to senior leadership.

Manage global corporate direct tax compliance across UK and overseas entities, oversee tax accounting under IFRS/FRS102, prepare and review corporate tax returns, lead audits and HMRC communications, support transfer pricing, capital allowances, R&D claims, Pillar 2 readiness and Country-by-Country Reporting, line manage a Tax Executive, liaise with external advisers, and support employment tax and global mobility reporting.

Create and localize high-quality German copy for campaigns and brand communications across German-speaking markets. Collaborate with English-speaking copywriters, creative teams, and business stakeholders to maintain brand voice, support product storytelling, and develop engaging content. Responsibilities include researching, writing, editing, proofreading, refining campaign messaging, and identifying opportunities to strengthen communications while responding to business needs and marketing trends.
