The CNC Swiss Lathe Programmer interprets blueprints, programs CNC machines, sets up tools, performs quality checks, and assists with operator development.

The Toolmaker will create precision tools and fixtures, operate manual machining equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure equipment functionality.

The Manufacturing Engineer will optimize machining processes, design fixtures, improve product manufacturability, and train machine operators.

The Director of Sales will execute the commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, optimize sales channels, and collaborate cross-functionally in the firearms and outdoor CPG market.

The Process Design Engineer develops 3D models and drawings, ensures manufacturability, collaborates with teams, and troubleshoots production issues in a defense manufacturing environment.

Analyze ERP data and Epicor status to forecast production needs, create and maintain cross-department schedules, generate work orders, monitor inventory and reorder points, resolve scheduling conflicts, assist material handlers, and collaborate to remove bottlenecks and meet production goals.

Lead development and optimization of the master production schedule across multiple facilities. Analyze capacity, materials, and labor to identify constraints, coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality, run scheduling meetings, track KPIs in ERP, and drive continuous improvement and long-range capacity planning.

Develop and implement quality assurance processes for CNC machining and assembly. Operate and program CMMs for dimensional inspection, create inspection and control plans, train staff on GD&T and metrology, lead root cause/CAPA activities, support audits, and collaborate with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement and compliance with customer and federal/defense requirements.

Lead the QMS and quality team to ensure products meet military, ISO, and customer requirements. Oversee metrology, CMM programming, inspection, calibration (ISO 17025), SPC and capability studies, audits, FAI/PPAP, root cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality, and continuous improvement. Train staff and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve manufacturability and measurement strategies.

Maintain accurate financial records by supporting general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset accounting, and accounts payable. Process vendor invoices, prepare financial schedules, assist with audits and compliance, document procedures, and support process improvements and internal stakeholders.

Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local firearms laws (ATF, NFA). Maintain A&D records, manage serialized inventory and federal portals, support ATF audits, coordinate NFA forms and transfers, create SOPs, train staff, and reconcile inventory and shipping of serialized items while collaborating with manufacturing, shipping, and sales teams.
