Leads strategic and operational HR activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, HRIS and payroll oversight, workforce analytics, leadership coaching, employee engagement, safety initiatives, vendor management, and confidential recordkeeping.

Analyze ERP data and Epicor status to forecast production needs, create and maintain cross-department schedules, generate work orders, monitor inventory and reorder points, resolve scheduling conflicts, assist material handlers, and collaborate to remove bottlenecks and meet production goals.

Develop and maintain CNC programs, machining strategies, setup documentation, tooling plans, and workholding solutions. Own machining processes, optimize cycle time and quality, support new product introductions, troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to CNC operators, technicians, and setup leads while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Maintenance.
