Operate CNC machines from setup through shipment, including tooling and gage selection, first-piece setup, production, inspections, First Article reports, documentation, and process improvement. Perform secondary finishing, packaging, inventory activities, machine maintenance, forklift operations, and facility housekeeping. The role requires interpreting complex drawings, managing tolerances, controlling nonconforming material, and maintaining accurate production records in a high-tolerance manufacturing environment.

Supports the regulatory compliance program for firearms manufacturing and distribution. Responsibilities include maintaining ATF and NFA compliance, auditing A&D records and serialized inventory, preparing regulatory forms, supporting inspections and investigations, renewing FFL and SOT registrations, identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, monitoring legal changes, conducting training, and maintaining secure compliance documentation.

Ensure manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations comply with firearm regulations. Maintain and audit FFL records and A&D bound books, coordinate ATF inspections and NFA transfers, manage licensing systems, reconcile serialized inventory, and oversee incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental firearm movements. The role coordinates with manufacturing, shipping, and sales teams and requires accurate record keeping, regulatory knowledge, and physical work in a manufacturing environment.
