Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish, build rapport, guide vehicle selection, present and demonstrate vehicles, handle objections, negotiate and close sales, follow the full sales process, and communicate with Sales Management to meet goals.

Greet dealership customers, assist in vehicle selection, explain features/options, demonstrate vehicles, overcome objections, close sales, report to Sales Manager, and build strong customer relationships. Fluency in Korean required.

Lead Nissan new-car sales operations by recruiting, coaching, and holding sales staff accountable; driving volume, gross profit, CSI, market share, and retention; desking deals; managing inventory, pricing, incentives, reporting, and compliance; and partnering with Internet and F&I departments. The manager will lead meetings, monitor performance, improve lead conversion, and support dealership leadership in achieving monthly objectives.
