Manage automotive finance and insurance operations from loan submission through funding. Structure deals, secure financing, maintain lender relationships, present vehicle-protection and financial products, ensure regulatory compliance, review contracts, resolve funding issues, and track finance performance and customer-satisfaction goals. Collaborate with sales and management teams in a high-volume dealership environment.

Sell new and used vehicles by greeting customers, identifying needs, delivering vehicle presentations and test drives, explaining features, handling objections, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, and meeting individual and dealership sales goals while following company processes.

Greet dealership customers, assist in vehicle selection, explain features/options, demonstrate vehicles, overcome objections, close sales, report to Sales Manager, and build strong customer relationships. Fluency in Korean required.
