Sell new and used vehicles by greeting customers, identifying needs, delivering vehicle presentations and test drives, explaining features, handling objections, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, and meeting individual and dealership sales goals while following company processes.

Greet dealership customers, assist in vehicle selection, explain features/options, demonstrate vehicles, overcome objections, close sales, report to Sales Manager, and build strong customer relationships. Fluency in Korean required.

Proactively engage service-drive customers to identify trade-in opportunities, evaluate vehicle values, present exchange offers, coordinate with sales for test drives and appraisals, document leads in CRM, follow up to close sales, and collaborate with service and sales teams to meet targets and retain customers.
