Reviews and analyzes medical records for healthcare law litigation, prepares case chronologies and summaries, provides medical expertise to attorneys, supports depositions and trials, researches medical literature and case law, retains medical experts, and prepares reports and visual aids explaining complex medical information.

Supports litigation matters through eDiscovery, docketing, database management, and trial technology. Responsibilities include managing electronically stored information, administering document review platforms, validating data integrity, tracking court deadlines, preparing electronic exhibits, operating courtroom presentation systems, and coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, IT teams, vendors, and trial personnel. The role may require on-site trial support and travel to trial locations.

Represent clients in insurance defense, municipal, and commercial litigation. Perform legal research and drafting, manage discovery, attend hearings/mediations/trials, assist in trial preparation, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

Handle complex commercial, real estate, and creditors rights litigation independently while managing client relationships from an established book of business. Represent clients in disputes, participate in mediations/arbitrations, draft pleadings, and provide strategic litigation counsel. Collaborate with firm colleagues and contribute to business development and professional growth.
