Qualifies mitigation jobs for reconstruction, sets up rebuild projects in JobNimbus, gathers documentation, and maintains accurate records. Serves as a secondary customer contact by answering questions and providing updates. Coordinates with mitigation teams, adjusters, vendors, and production staff to resolve scope gaps, scheduling conflicts, and customer concerns while supporting projects through completion.

Lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, controls, cash flow, risk management, tax planning, banking, bonding, and capital structure. Direct M&A sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration. Oversee construction job costing and WIP reporting, build the finance team, and advise executive leadership, ownership, and the board on growth initiatives.

Lead contents operations for residential and commercial losses: manage packout crews, perform detailed inventory and documentation, coordinate with mitigation and warehouse teams, maintain warehouse and equipment, track budgets and KPIs, drive customer and carrier satisfaction, and participate in process improvements and ownership-track strategic planning.
