Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, budgeting support, and federal, state, and local tax compliance and strategy. Oversees close processes, tax provisions, tax audits, external advisors, accounting systems, and staff development. Partners with executive, legal, HR, and operations teams on financial and tax matters. Requires an active CPA license, extensive progressive accounting and tax experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 740, and multi-state taxation.

Oversee emergency mitigation projects involving water, fire, and mold damage from assessment through completion. Lead technicians, conduct inspections, create scopes and estimates, manage budgets and timelines, communicate with customers and insurance partners, review documentation, ensure IICRC and OSHA compliance, track equipment and resources, monitor KPIs, and participate in on-call emergency response. The role requires physical job-site work, team leadership, strong customer communication, and restoration industry expertise.
