Provides day-to-day legal support for a multi-state construction and restoration organization. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on construction claims and regulatory requirements, supporting litigation and disputes, maintaining corporate entities and governance records, assisting with employment matters, managing legal operations, and developing policies and templates. The attorney independently handles routine matters while escalating significant, high-exposure, or enterprise-level issues to the Chief Legal Officer.

Leads the enterprise legal function as senior legal advisor to executive leadership. Oversees corporate governance, commercial contracts, construction-related legal matters, litigation, regulatory compliance, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, outside counsel, and legal risk management. Builds scalable legal processes, establishes contracting and escalation standards, supports multi-state operations, and provides commercially practical recommendations on significant business decisions and disputes.

Manages residential and commercial contents packout projects from initial loss through packback. Responsibilities include field inspections, packing and moving contents, crew coordination, inventory and documentation, storage and delivery logistics, cost tracking, insurance billing support, quality control, customer communication, and business development. The role also helps launch and develop a new packout and contents restoration division while performing physically demanding field work.
