Own and scale Gumloop’s infrastructure for agent orchestration, sandboxing, and hosted MCP services. Architect large-scale systems, maintain Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and GCP cloud infrastructure, and improve reliability, security, observability, availability, and performance. The role also contributes to technical roadmaps, customer discussions, and close collaboration with founders in a high-ownership startup environment.

Own product design across Gumloop from concept through delivery. Rapidly prototype AI-native product concepts, improve key screens and user flows, address usability issues, evolve the product’s design language and vision, and contribute to the core design system. Collaborate closely with engineering and brand to deliver polished experiences, distill ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Partners with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, build tailored demos and proofs of concept, lead evaluations, and pilot customers into production. Develops automation and AI-agent solutions, answers technical and security questions, trains customer teams, advises on architecture, and provides product feedback. Creates reusable demos, templates, and reference architectures while helping define the company’s pre-sales playbook.

Own enterprise accounts end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Drive adoption and consumption, build success playbooks, health scoring, and onboarding templates. Lead QBRs and executive briefings, partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver complex solutions, monitor usage to optimize outcomes, and establish the Customer Success function from scratch.

Lead Gumloop's marketing function: set strategy, positioning, ICP, and go-to-market for product launches; align product marketing, brand, content, growth, and demand generation; partner cross-functionally; set operating cadence and resource allocation; hire and develop the marketing team and personally lead high-impact work.

Own Gumloop’s visual identity and brand narrative across internal and external touchpoints. Define how technical concepts are communicated visually, lead brand projects from concept through launch, collaborate with product and marketing, translate feedback into actionable creative work, and maintain the company’s highest craft standard. The role requires autonomous creative direction and may include motion, animation, illustration systems, characters, or mascots.

Own and implement polished user-facing product experiences from concept to production. Design UX, build frontend components, evolve the design system, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver accessible, performant, and reliable interfaces.

Work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering to design and build polished user-facing features, contribute to the design system and component library, and take features from UX exploration through implementation with attention to accessibility, performance, and craft.

Build and operate Gumloop-powered automations for sales, marketing, and CS. Integrate Salesforce and GTM tooling, own CRM data quality, ship AI agents and workflows, and translate GTM strategy into reliable, observable systems that drive revenue.

Build and own end-to-end features for an AI-native platform: design, code, test, deploy, operate in production; work directly with users for fast iteration; build scalable frontend and backend systems; review PRs and mentor junior engineers.
