The HR Operations Specialist manages benefits administration, open enrollment, immigration support, I-9 and E-Verify processes, compensation data, pay analysis, recurring People programs, HR calendars, systems audits, and cross-functional projects. The role requires maintaining accurate employee data, reconciling records, supporting performance and compensation cycles, responding to employee questions, and using AI tools to improve communication, analysis, and operational efficiency.

Leads GumGum’s product and solutions marketing function, shaping go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, portfolio messaging, vertical campaigns, case studies, sales enablement, and training. Partners with Product, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing leadership while managing and developing an established team of marketers. Translates complex advertising technology into compelling commercial solutions and influences product roadmaps through market feedback and competitive intelligence.

Leads GumGum’s Central region sales organization across Chicago, Detroit, and Ohio. Owns regional revenue, exceeds sales targets, manages and develops 4–8 sellers, recruits talent, executes account-based strategies, strengthens brand and agency relationships, expands client investment in media solutions, drives new business, and partners with leadership and Product on growth initiatives. Requires deep digital advertising and ad-tech expertise, strong coaching ability, executive presence, and analytical business judgment.
