Supports planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, cost tracking, reporting, risk management, documentation, and closeout for fabrication and construction projects. Collaborates with engineering, production, quality, procurement, customers, and field teams to ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and specification requirements. The role combines office work with approximately 30% fabrication-yard activities.

Assembles and fabricates enclosure frames, panels, roofs, doors, and subassemblies. Performs structural MIG welding, mechanical fit-up, hardware installation, blueprint interpretation, visual weld inspections, workstation setup, and material movement using cranes or rigging. The role supports production goals, identifies defects, assists with rework, and maintains safety and housekeeping standards while working primarily outdoors and around fumes and changing weather conditions.

Fabricate, measure, fit, and install structural and piping components for offshore steel structures per blueprints and QA/ISO standards. Read drawings, perform calculations, use cutting/welding tools, inspect work for conformance, and follow safety procedures.

Perform offshore structural and pipe fitting: read blueprints, measure, cut, fit, install and repair steel structures and piping per specifications, follow fitting procedures and safety protocols, use fabrication tools and equipment, and pass required tests and certifications.

Perform offshore steel and pipe fabrication: read blueprints, measure, cut, fit, install and repair structural and piping components per specifications. Use fabrication tools and heavy equipment, inspect work for conformance, follow fitting procedures and safety standards. Must pass tests, physical, drug screen, background check, and hold a TWIC.

Measure, cut, fit and install structural and piping components per blueprints for offshore jacket, deck, and production facilities. Read drawings, perform calculations, use cutting torches and fitting tools, inspect work, repair components, and follow quality and safety procedures. Requires offshore experience and TWIC.

Ensure workplace safety by conducting observations and safety inspections on-site and offshore, training employees on standards and machinery operation, investigating incidents, providing corrective recommendations, and preparing incident reports.

Manage customer projects from drawing submittal through completion. Oversee schedule, budget, materials, compliance and quality. Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing, run project meetings, track/report status and provide technical guidance to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
