Oversees ITAR and export-control execution, develops construction-readiness processes for the Arctic Security Cutter program, and supports recovery plans, compliance, and organizational development in a complex industrial environment.

Fabricate, layout, fit and align heavy metal structural parts in ship hulls using blueprints and templates. Perform marking, drilling, temporary fastening, tack welding, finishing, and operate plate rolling/bending machinery. Ensure material compatibility and quality control; may prepare templates and use hand and power tools.

Manages financial and administrative controls for government contracts, including project budgets, cost variances, EAC/ETC forecasts, funding, cash flow, invoicing, change management, scheduling, and government compliance reporting. Partners with project management, finance, billing, and subcontractors to monitor costs, labor hours, milestones, and contract funding while recommending corrective actions. Prepares CFSR and IPMR reports and ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Cost Accounting Standards.
