Manage B2B customer accounts: handle inquiries via email/phone/online, resolve issues, upsell complementary products, negotiate pricing/terms, conduct face-to-face meetings, and maintain product and system knowledge.

Drive industrial sales in Ontario by developing relationships with EPCs, specifiers, and major project stakeholders, securing product specifications, coordinating with regional PC managers and internal account teams, managing vendor partners, using ERP/CRM for contact management, and supporting sales operations, quotes, and trade shows to win projects.

Provide superior customer service via phone and email, respond to inquiries, build customer/vendor relationships, resolve issues, promote products, support outside sales reps, perform administrative tasks (mail, deposits, AP, invoicing, cash reconciliation), and assist with purchasing and inventory while developing product knowledge.

Provide administrative and back-end support to the sales team including order entry, invoicing, credit management, customer/reception duties, expense processing in Workday, inventory support, freight and RMA administration, and routine reporting to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead the Noramco OEM sales team to grow and manage accounts, pursue new business, prepare quotations and bids, coordinate with operations and purchasing, ensure superior customer service and timely order fulfillment, conduct market and product research, and support sales administration and inventory tasks.
