Senior technical lead responsible for translating platform architecture into consistent engineering execution across Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA, security, and IAM. Lead enterprise data governance by defining metadata, CDEs, data quality rules, and catalog/lineage. Partner with stewards, owners, IT and business stakeholders to monitor data quality, automate governance workflows, certify reports, and implement governance tooling (e.g., Collibra). Ensure PII handling, document processes, train users, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide administrative and marketing support to mortgage originators: create and distribute marketing materials, coordinate events, cold-call leads to set appointments, maintain Salesforce databases, schedule and confirm meetings, and deliver basic customer service and reporting.

Lead the enterprise vulnerability management program: run and tune scanners, triage and prioritize findings using CVSS and threat intelligence, drive remediation with engineering and IT teams, manage exception/risk acceptance processes, produce executive reporting, and improve program maturity and KPIs.

Lead and manage Accounts Payable for Default Management, overseeing invoice processing in ICE, reconciling loan-level default ledgers (TBB2), driving automation, KPI monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, and team development to ensure compliant, timely payments and accurate reporting.
