The Senior Default Business Analyst elicits, documents, validates, and manages business and system requirements for mortgage default projects. The role bridges business stakeholders and Information Systems, develops testing strategies and UAT materials, supports implementation validation, analyzes data using Power BI and DAX, identifies trends, improves processes, supports audits, and assists with regulatory and servicing updates. The analyst also mentors junior staff and resolves escalated issues.

Designs and manages DevOps processes, automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, containerized infrastructure, observability, and release systems. Partners with development, QA, DataOps, architecture, support, and operations teams to improve reliability, security, scalability, and performance. Responsibilities include infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, tool evaluation, production support, and continuous improvement.
