Teams at Guild Mortgage

Serve as a product and underwriting liaison supporting sales and operations: advise on product selection and loan structuring, answer UW inquiries, provide training and webinars, act as SME for LoanBeam and jumbo products, and help roll out product changes while maintaining strong customer service and process improvement.

Supervise day-to-day loss mitigation operations, manage and coach a team of specialists, ensure timely compliant loan reviews and FHA calculations, perform quality control and audits, handle escalations and borrower communications, produce productivity reports, and lead process improvement and training initiatives.

Process assumption applications and related documentation for loan ownership changes. Perform data entry, upload and scan documents, order/inspect required items (credit report, VOE, SSA-89, title), respond to inquiries, assist higher-level specialists with disclosures and VA site uploads, and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines and internal procedures.
