The role requires accounting knowledge, financial analysis, forecasting, supervisory experience, GAAP expertise, CPA candidacy or certification, and PeopleSoft general ledger proficiency.

Leads enterprise application and developer platforms, service reliability, ITSM, major incident management, configuration and asset management, technology lifecycle, IAM operations, compliance remediation, and platform governance. Manages director-level leaders, outsourced service providers, sourcing strategy, performance metrics, financial planning, executive communications, and continuous improvement across infrastructure service towers.

Leads complex proposal development for national, major-account, public-sector, and corporate sales opportunities. Manages proposal content, RFP and RFI responses, quality reviews, project plans, assignments, timelines, and automation resources. Coordinates internal subject matter experts, senior leaders, consultants, brokers, and clients; supports finalist presentations and implementation activities. Coaches proposal team members, facilitates training, resolves issues, tracks post-implementation work, and drives continuous process improvement.

Builds and operates cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, GovCloud, and other platforms. Responsibilities include IAM, encryption, secrets management, preventive and detective controls, PHI protection, logging pipelines, Terraform automation, security remediation, audit evidence, and compliance support for HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and FedRAMP.

Own cloud identity and access management across AWS commercial and GovCloud environments. Design federation, cross-account entitlement models, automated joiner-mover-leaver workflows, workload identities, OIDC pipelines, SSO onboarding, access recertification, and audit evidence. Integrate cloud entitlements with enterprise identity governance platforms while eliminating long-lived credentials and standing access. The role requires strong AWS and Azure IAM expertise, Terraform, federation protocols, regulated-environment experience, and obtaining CISSP certification within 180 days.
