Lead enterprise security strategy for AI and cloud: design secure AI/ML architectures, enable secure cloud migrations (on‑prem to AWS/Azure), implement zero‑trust and IAM, secure data pipelines/APIs, establish governance and compliance (HIPAA/NIST), mentor teams, and drive audit‑ready security controls across AI and hybrid environments.

Lead a multi-tier issue management organization to identify, root-cause, document, and resolve recurring and high-impact issues. Govern continuous improvement and visual management, drive upstream process changes with stakeholders, report KPIs and trends to leadership, manage outsourced partner performance, and build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.

Paid 11-week, in-person summer internship contributing to a real healthcare analytics project. Interns will analyze healthcare data, build visualizations or tools, surface actionable insights, and present findings while collaborating with analysts and a dedicated manager on the Jacksonville campus.
