Support SaaS customers by answering product questions, troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback, maintaining documentation, and identifying recurring needs. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to improve support processes and the platform experience. The role requires strong communication, empathy, analytical problem-solving, product expertise, initiative, and independent work. This is a hybrid NYC position with 9 AM–5 PM ET hours.

Own Guidde’s internal product suite, including full-stack applications, dashboards, AI agent workflows, automation pipelines, and custom APIs. Build data-driven tools for Product, Customer Success, Sales, and executives; transform data models into usable interfaces and automated actions; and manage deployment, containerization, observability, and CI/CD. The role provides technical leadership, makes architectural decisions, partners with data teams, and translates business challenges into reliable software.

The Customer Success Manager will lead enterprise onboarding, drive revenue retention, execute account expansion, develop training programs, and monitor customer health.

Responsible for owning the full commercial sales cycle, leading demos, closing deals, nurturing accounts, and leveraging AI for workflow improvements.

Drive full-cycle net-new enterprise sales (3,000+ employee accounts) for an AI-enabled digital adoption platform. Close $100K–$300K ACV deals, build and manage a growing book for expansion, navigate complex stakeholders (security, legal, procurement), convert PLG usage into commercial agreements, and partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding and account health.

Design and implement backend logic for AI-driven systems, develop scalable AI workflows, and ensure reliable performance of features involving AI technologies.

Provide hands-on SaaS product support, troubleshoot customer issues, gather feedback to influence product, collaborate with CX/Product/Engineering, and create internal and customer-facing documentation to improve self-service.
