Manage HR initiatives across five marina and resort properties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, employee relations, investigations, and performance support. Coordinate EHS, environmental, food safety, OSHA, ISO, and EMS compliance activities, including inspections, incident documentation, corrective actions, audits, and safety training. Partner with operational leaders, employees, vendors, and auditors while maintaining confidential records and controlled compliance documentation.

Supervises daily marina operations, front desk service, staff performance, inventory, payments, maintenance, safety, sanitation, and customer issue resolution. Supports boat scheduling, slip leasing, rental and sailing programs, special events, reporting, budgeting, and marketing. Requires frequent outdoor work, weekend availability, physical stamina, boating knowledge, and the ability to work safely around water.

Manages daily condominium operations, supervising front desk, housekeeping, events, office administration, and landscaping. Builds strong resident relationships, resolves service concerns, coordinates vendors and departments, maintains quality and safety standards, oversees access-control and social-calendar procedures, and supports events. Leads staff through scheduling, training, performance management, accountability, and communication while escalating sensitive or safety-related issues to senior management.
