Oversees mountain sports school, rentals, guest services, retail, and recreational programming. Drives revenue growth, labor planning, budgets, safety, training, and guest experience using data and metrics. Collaborates across departments and community partners; acts as manager-on-duty and escalation point for guest issues.

Supervise daily food service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain safety and sanitation standards, assist with hiring/training/scheduling, handle guest complaints, and support the Manager in achieving financial and service goals.
