Assist the Manager with daily food and beverage operations and floor management. Supervise, train, schedule, and discipline staff; ensure guest satisfaction, food safety, sanitation, equipment upkeep, cash control, and workplace safety. Handle guest complaints, monitor dining and cashier areas, and maintain operational standards.

Supervise and schedule staff, manage daily center and front-desk operations, handle hiring/onboarding and payroll, ensure facility safety and maintenance, resolve customer issues, manage inventory, merchandising, P&L and sales reporting, and develop marketing/programs to drive revenue.

Provide customer-facing marina office operations and clerical support, manage wet slip accounts and rentals, process agreements and payments, maintain records, prepare daily deposits and month-end reports, assist Marina Manager and perform light physical marina duties in outdoor conditions.
