Assist the Manager with floor and unit operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, supervising and training staff, scheduling and discipline, maintaining food safety, sanitation, equipment upkeep, and resolving guest complaints while supporting financial and company goals.

Assist marina guests with fueling, docking, small-boat rentals, and cash handling. Perform dock and marina maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and provide customer service and small-boat orientation.

Provide marina services including fueling and pump-outs, dock maintenance, assisting with docking, cash handling and register transactions, and delivering customer service. Maintain safety, report hazards, perform physical tasks outdoors (lifting, standing, climbing), and follow CPR/first-aid and safety procedures.
