Lead global demand planning, sales intelligence and commercial forecasting across channels; improve Style-Color-Size forecast accuracy; provide sales performance analysis and BI insights; translate market signals into planning assumptions; drive Centric Planning adoption, automation and AI-enabled solutions; oversee customer segmentation for Wholesale Europe and lead the global Sales Analysis team.

Lead end-to-end Workday implementation, coordinate HR/IT/partners, manage governance, testing, data migration and go-live. Post-go-live, own HRIS roadmap, prioritize enhancements, manage backlog/releases, drive HR process optimization, ensure data quality and reduce vendor dependence.
