Supports IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; deploying and configuring systems; providing remote and in-person end-user support; documenting processes; maintaining IT asset inventories; and evaluating new technologies. The role requires a related degree in progress, foundational technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, communication skills, teamwork, independence, and willingness to learn.

Supports accessories and footwear product go-to-market activities through product line tracking, presentations, trend and competitor research, merchandising data coordination, catalog and archive management, showroom setup, product retrieval, and technical line sheet communication across departments.

Perform inline and final inspections at supplier factories to ensure garments meet approved specifications and workmanship standards. Monitor production status, identify quality and delivery risks, prepare inspection reports, support issue resolution and continuous improvement, and maintain strong supplier relationships while frequently traveling across target countries.
