Lead end-to-end Workday implementation, coordinate HR/IT/partners, manage governance, testing, data migration and go-live. Post-go-live, own HRIS roadmap, prioritize enhancements, manage backlog/releases, drive HR process optimization, ensure data quality and reduce vendor dependence.

Perform inline and final inspections at supplier factories to ensure garments meet approved specifications and workmanship standards. Monitor production status, identify quality and delivery risks, prepare inspection reports, support issue resolution and continuous improvement, and maintain strong supplier relationships while frequently traveling across target countries.

Sell merchandise and deliver professional, high-quality customer service. Identify upsell opportunities, drive sales, maintain positive brand image, stay current on trends, and improve customer experience while working retail hours.
