Leads wholesale and franchise business across Germany and Austria, driving revenue, profitability, market growth, partner performance, and brand execution. Responsibilities include developing regional strategy, managing wholesale teams, distributors, agents, key accounts, department stores, marketplaces, and franchise partners; overseeing forecasting, order management, sell-in and sell-out performance; identifying growth opportunities; strengthening partnerships and processes; and representing the business in EMEA forums.

Develops and integrates brand content across campaigns, e-commerce, retail, social, and digital channels. Responsibilities include creating visual concepts and moodboards, coordinating internal teams and external creative partners, supervising shoots, reviewing asset quality, and improving PDP imagery standards. The role ensures brand consistency, commercial alignment, and effective cross-channel implementation while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Supports training and development, recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, reporting, and employee processes across Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus. Responsibilities include coordinating training programs, sourcing and screening candidates, managing recruitment communications, supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining HR records, assisting payroll and personnel administration, and contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement.
