The Senior Content Specialist will join the Brand Marketing & Content team and will be responsible for translating brand narrative guidelines and marketing priorities into cohesive and integrated content executions across all touchpoints.

Working in close alignment with the Brand Marketing Manager, the role ensures consistency, quality, and commercial alignment of content across:

  • Campaign and marketing shoots
  • Lookbooks
  • E-commerce PDP imagery
  • Landing pages
  • Social media adaptations
  • Cross-channel initiatives

The position acts as a bridge between strategic direction and operational implementation, guaranteeing that content is developed in an integrated and structured way while respecting brand standards and business objectives.

The profile will also actively contribute to supporting the process of improving daily e-commerce shots.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Integration & Calendar Alignment

  • Contribute to the development of the content calendar by translating marketing priorities into structured content and visual requirements
  • Ensure alignment between narrative direction, commercial needs, and channel-specific requirements (e-commerce, retail, social)
  • Support the integration of campaign, e-commerce, and retail initiatives into a cohesive content system

Content & Visual Development

  • Develop content concepts and moodboards aligned with brand narrative guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Translate storytelling frameworks into concrete visual solutions for different formats (campaign, PDP, landing pages, digital assets)
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all visual outputs

Internal Collaboration

  • Align with the Brand Marketing manager to ensure narrative consistency
  • Coordinate with Production and Studio teams to translate concepts into executable shoots
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure visual consistency between campaign content and platform-specific adaptations
  • Work closely with e-commerce, retail, and marketing teams to ensure commercial alignment
  • Brief Digital Production and Video teams on technical and creative requirements

External Collaboration

  • Brief and coordinate photographers, art directors, stylists, glam teams, and other creative collaborators
  • Ensure external partners clearly understand brand positioning and qualitative expectations

On-Set Supervision & Quality Control

  • Supervise shootings to ensure alignment with agreed content direction and brand standards
  • Conduct post-shoot quality reviews in collaboration with Studio and Video teams
  • Ensure final assets meet qualitative and consistency standards before cross-channel distribution

Cross-Channel Implementation & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee the correct implementation of assets across e-commerce, retail, and social channels
  • Ensure daily supervision of PDP visual outputs, maintaining consistency with brand standards and commercial requirements
  • Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking of technical PDP imagery together with the e-com team (lighting, angles, composition, product clarity) to continuously improve the visual quality of product listings
  • Identify opportunities to refine and optimize daily e-commerce shooting standards in collaboration with Studio and Production teams
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of structured visual guidelines for technical product imagery and landing page content
  • Support the continuous improvement of integrated content processes across touchpoints

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in fashion content development or integrated content production
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and visual storytelling
  • Experience coordinating shoots and creative contributors
  • Ability to translate strategic guidelines into structured, cross-channel content solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English
