The VP of Engineering will lead a 100+ team in R&D, focusing on mobile app security, culture, and organizational growth to ensure effective product delivery.

Provide technical support for sales, assist customers with onboarding and product training, and handle configuration support tickets while improving software based on customer feedback.

Develop and improve C++/LLVM-based products to harden mobile apps against reverse engineering. Research and implement code-hardening techniques, work with compiler internals and LLVM tooling, maintain a mature codebase, reproduce and debug complex issues, support customer integrations, and collaborate with R&D to improve software quality and testing.

Develop and maintain Java-based products (ProGuard, DexGuard), research and implement code-hardening and optimization techniques, work with Java bytecode and compiler technology, debug complex issues, support customers on integration and troubleshooting, and improve software quality in a team building an R&D presence in Singapore.

Support sales and customer onboarding for mobile application security products across LATAM and global accounts. Deliver demos, run POCs, assist with implementation and troubleshooting, advise customers on product configuration, gather product feedback, and collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams.

Join the team to maintain and improve an LLVM-based iOS code-hardening product. Research, test, and implement code hardening techniques, support customers, improve code quality via testing, and stay current with reverse engineering and debugging practices.

The role involves identifying and onboarding partners, managing partner relationships, executing business plans for revenue growth, and optimizing the partner ecosystem in the EMEA region.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts across APAC (focus Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia). Own full enterprise SaaS sales cycle, develop land-and-expand strategies, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, forecast pipeline, collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Product, and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Pre-sales technical role supporting APAC customers through demos, POCs, onboarding, and implementation of mobile application security solutions. Act as technical advisor, deliver presentations, troubleshoot, and relay product feedback to product and engineering teams.

Lead a team of 5-7 software engineers in an agile environment, ensuring timely development, mentoring, setting standards, and continuous improvement.

Maintain and improve an LLVM-based code-hardening product for iOS. Research, test and implement code hardening techniques, improve code quality with tests, support customers, and keep up with reverse-engineering and low-level debugging practices.
