Lead and scale a mobile application security R&D organization by managing Engineering Leads, driving predictable software delivery, translating business and security research into technical specifications, and establishing coding, testing, architecture, and agile standards. Partner with Product Management and the VP of Engineering to deliver reliable, high-quality products while mentoring managers and maintaining strong technical engagement.

Provide technical support for sales, assist customers with onboarding and product training, and handle configuration support tickets while improving software based on customer feedback.

Develop and improve C++/LLVM-based products to harden mobile apps against reverse engineering. Research and implement code-hardening techniques, work with compiler internals and LLVM tooling, maintain a mature codebase, reproduce and debug complex issues, support customer integrations, and collaborate with R&D to improve software quality and testing.
