Connect with prospective tax clients by phone, understand their needs, build interest, qualify opportunities, and transfer prospects to Account Executives. The role follows established sales processes, includes ongoing coaching and training, and offers hourly pay plus performance bonuses for qualified transfers and closed leads.

Handle warm inbound leads from consumers with tax problems, conduct phone consultations, assess client needs, recommend services, close sales, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet individual and team goals. The company provides training, coaching, scripts, and ongoing support. This is a full-time, in-office sales role with base pay, commission, bonuses, benefits, and advancement opportunities.
