Supervise daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, vendor master governance, 1099 compliance, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and month-end close support. Lead and mentor AP staff, improve workflows, maintain payment controls, and collaborate with accounting, payroll, purchasing, and compliance teams. This is a temporary hybrid assignment supporting the organization through the holiday season.

Leads a 10-person outside sales team, driving performance against budgets and sales goals. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, pipeline and activity monitoring, forecasting, team meetings, reporting, reviews, field support, and recruiting and onboarding representatives. The manager also maintains sales program execution, communicates priorities, identifies market opportunities, and supports customer opportunities while working in a hybrid office, remote, and field-based environment.
