Provide group therapy for adults or adolescents with chemical dependency and/or co-occurring disorders. Lead process and educational groups, document client charts, follow privacy and regulatory standards, coordinate emergency response, and link clients to community resources. May deliver peer recovery education if appropriately certified.

Plan and lead group sessions for individuals with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. Facilitate discussions, manage group dynamics, monitor progress, document client records, apply trauma-informed care, recognize and respond to crises, and coordinate follow-up and community resources to support treatment goals.

Lead and manage clinical and residential addiction treatment programs, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance and quality (Joint Commission), oversee budgets, staffing, incident reporting, audits, community outreach, and serve as facility administrator designee.
