Facilitates discussions, manages group dynamics, supports trauma-informed participation, monitors client progress and safety, resolves disruptions, documents care, responds to emergencies, protects confidential health information, and coordinates with the addiction treatment team. Requires knowledge of addiction, mental-health disorders, withdrawal, overdose response, client rights, ethics, and community resources.

Plans and leads treatment-aligned discussions and activities, supports participant engagement, manages group dynamics, addresses individual needs, provides emotional guidance, documents sessions and progress, resolves disruptions, and collaborates with treatment teams to integrate group therapy into care plans while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Facilitate virtual therapeutic groups for outpatient and partial hospitalization mental health and substance abuse programs. Create inclusive, supportive environments; lead treatment-aligned discussions and activities; address participant needs; provide emotional support; coordinate with treatment teams; and complete timely documentation while complying with applicable regulations.

Provides nursing care for adult or adolescent patients in addiction and psychiatric treatment settings. Conducts assessments, admission screenings, vitals, suicide screenings, medication administration, detoxification monitoring, and emergency interventions. Coordinates with physicians, psychiatrists, treatment teams, outside medical services, and medical directors. Documents patient care, implements medical protocols, educates patients about medications and health conditions, supports treatment planning, and maintains required licensure, CPR certification, training, and privacy standards.

Facilitates discussion, manages group dynamics, monitors participant progress and safety, resolves conflicts, documents services, protects client privacy, and responds appropriately to medical, psychiatric, withdrawal, overdose, and crisis situations. Requires knowledge of addiction, mental health, trauma-informed care, recovery support, emergency procedures, and applicable regulations.

Provides nursing care for adult or adolescent patients in addiction and psychiatric treatment settings. Responsibilities include admission assessments, routine care, medication administration, detoxification monitoring, emergency response, patient education, documentation, referrals, and coordination with physicians and treatment teams. The nurse also conducts screenings, monitors withdrawal symptoms and vital signs, supports treatment planning, maintains required training, and protects patient health information.

Lead and manage clinical and residential addiction treatment programs, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance and quality (Joint Commission), oversee budgets, staffing, incident reporting, audits, community outreach, and serve as facility administrator designee.

Develop and execute referral-development and marketing strategies to generate patient referrals. Build relationships with clinicians, executives, and community partners, represent the center at events, manage schedules and budgets, and track satisfaction and performance metrics. Requires frequent travel and collaboration with senior business development leadership.

Provide routine and emergency nursing care for adolescents or adults in chemical dependency/psychiatric settings. Perform admissions documentation, nursing assessments, medication administration and monitoring (including detox protocols), coordinate with physicians/psychiatrists, educate patients, participate in treatment planning and team meetings, maintain licensure and required trainings, and follow confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Plan and lead group sessions for individuals with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. Facilitate discussions, manage group dynamics, monitor progress, document client records, apply trauma-informed care, recognize and respond to crises, and coordinate follow-up and community resources to support treatment goals.
