Develop and execute referral-development and marketing strategies to meet facility goals. Build relationships with executives, clinicians, and community partners; support presentations, events, cold calling, and follow-ups. Manage schedules, budgets, reporting, and community education programs. Travel 25–75% including nights/weekends; protect client confidentiality and handle PHI according to policy.

Build relationships with executives, clinicians, and community partners, support promotional events and presentations, manage schedules and budgets, track referral satisfaction, represent the organization at events, and collaborate with senior business development leadership.

Provide nursing care and detox monitoring for adolescent or adult patients in addiction/psychiatric settings. Complete admissions documentation, transcribe and implement physician orders, administer medications, recognize and respond to medical emergencies and withdrawal, participate in treatment planning and team meetings, maintain certifications and training, and coordinate with outside medical services.
