Provide and facilitate group therapy for adults or adolescents with substance use and/or dual diagnoses; run process and educational groups, document care, maintain client confidentiality, follow federal/state and Joint Commission standards, and coordinate emergency responses and community resources. May require ADCA certification for Maine and state-specific skills for Texas.

Provide group therapy for adults or adolescents with substance use and dual diagnoses: plan and lead process and educational groups, document client charts, manage group dynamics, ensure client privacy and informed consent, report rights abuses, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with team and community resources. Follow applicable regulations, Joint Commission standards, and program-specific certification requirements.

Develop and implement referral-development and marketing strategies to meet facility goals. Build relationships with clinicians and community stakeholders via presentations, events, cold-calling, and telemarketing. Support senior BD staff, manage schedules, budgets, and events, track satisfaction of referral sources, represent the organization at community events, ensure PHI/confidentiality compliance, and travel frequently (25–75%).
