Provide endodontic diagnosis and treatment including non-surgical root canals, endodontic surgery, apicoectomies, intentional replantation, and tooth replantation. Review histories, use radiography, create treatment plans, prescribe pain management, maintain continuity of care, document progress, and collaborate with referring dentists. Maintain current endodontic knowledge and demonstrate strong communication, dexterity, and patient empathy.

Manage daily operations of a dental practice including supervising staff, patient flow, financial reconciliation, inventory, HRIS management, recruiting/onboarding, KPI tracking and reporting, compliance and safety, and supporting patient experience while coaching and mentoring the team.

Manage MSP relationships and core platforms (Denticon, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform). Lead PMS conversions, hardware provisioning, DNS/domain management, endpoint security (EDR/MFA), Freshdesk ticket ownership, vendor coordination, SSO integrations, and cross-functional alignment to ensure secure, consistent technology operations across dental practices.
