Lead vision, strategy, and operations for enterprise IT infrastructure. Manage 24x7 production support, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance (SOX, banking regulations), disaster recovery, and align IT investments with business goals while coaching and developing staff.

Manage title orders from entry through closing and post-closing: request commitments, coordinate and conduct real estate closings, prepare and balance closing disclosures and settlement statements, order payoffs and searches, upload recorded documents, communicate with lenders/agents/members, and maintain accurate post-closing records while ensuring compliance with regulatory and agency procedures.

Manage business loan processing and closings: gather and review documentation, coordinate third-party vendors, order due diligence, audit booked loans in OSI, ensure proper imaging and recording, process modifications and releases, monitor filings and insurance, and communicate loan decisions and stipulations to applicants and partners.

Lead and maintain the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform: design/configure objects, automations, security, integrations, release management, vendor coordination, and provide advanced troubleshooting and stakeholder support.
