Processes ACH, payroll deduction, domestic and international wire transactions, check-clearing files, reconciliations, exceptions, disputes, returns, and payment adjustments. Supports member and staff inquiries, card maintenance, payment channels, suspense-account postings, and regulatory compliance involving NACHA, OFAC, BSA, and related laws. Provides courteous member service while managing detailed work, deadlines, audits, and multiple priorities in a primarily onsite hybrid environment.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and documents end-to-end business process automations using UiPath and related tools. Collaborates with business leaders to map processes, gathers requirements, builds reusable automation libraries, integrates APIs, monitors job execution, and administers UiPath Orchestrator. The role also supports automated testing, SharePoint and Azure integrations, SQL development, source control, compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives within a financial services environment.

Processes and balances payment transactions from ATMs, mail, lockbox, remote deposits, ACH, and loan payoffs. Verifies negotiable items, manages stop-payment orders and recurring ACH plans, processes postings and returned-mail files, issues ATM cards, balances general ledgers, and supports members. Ensures compliance with NACHA, UCC, BSA/AML, Reg CC, privacy, identity theft, and other financial regulations.

Provides personalized financial planning and investment advice to credit union members, covering retirement, insurance, wealth management, and financial products. Builds and manages a book of business through consultative sales, prospecting, relationship development, and revenue generation. Ensures compliance with SEC, FINRA, NCUA, broker-dealer, AML, and credit union requirements while maintaining accurate records, licenses, continuing education, and administrative documentation.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, source hard-to-find talent, advise hiring managers, run Predictive Index assessments, develop talent marketing and employer branding, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring outcomes and retention.

Lead vision, strategy, and operations for enterprise IT infrastructure. Manage 24x7 production support, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance (SOX, banking regulations), disaster recovery, and align IT investments with business goals while coaching and developing staff.
