Builds and manages a book of business through consultative sales, prospecting, relationship development, and revenue generation. Ensures compliance with SEC, FINRA, NCUA, broker-dealer, AML, and credit union requirements while maintaining accurate records, licenses, continuing education, and administrative documentation.

Processes ACH, payroll deduction, domestic and international wire transactions, check-clearing files, reconciliations, exceptions, disputes, returns, and payment adjustments. Supports member and staff inquiries, card maintenance, payment channels, suspense-account postings, and regulatory compliance involving NACHA, OFAC, BSA, and related laws. Provides courteous member service while managing detailed work, deadlines, audits, and multiple priorities in a primarily onsite hybrid environment.
