Manage and grow international startup and SME accounts for the 4YFN event. Responsibilities include acquiring new business, onboarding clients, cross-selling sponsorships, exhibition space and digital advertising, managing inbound and outbound leads, tracking sales pipelines, reporting metrics, and resolving client issues collaboratively. The role requires strong communication, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, teamwork, fluent English and Spanish, and enthusiasm for startups and the technology ecosystem.

Leads GSMA’s three-year corporate strategy and strategic roadmap, translating Board priorities, industry trends, organizational capabilities, and financial performance into measurable priorities. Runs the Strategy and Business Planning Cycle, aligning strategic planning with budgeting, operating plans, KPIs, and performance tracking. Engages executives and the Board through strategic analysis, papers, workshops, and decision support while coordinating cross-functional and regional execution, transformation initiatives, and organizational alignment.

Lead portfolio insights, business and market intelligence, and knowledge management for the GSMA Innovation Fund. The role synthesizes quantitative and qualitative evidence from grantees and external sources, produces dashboards, briefings, research, case studies, and thought leadership, and establishes reliable knowledge architectures, data standards, and information-governance practices. The position also supports donor responses, stakeholder decision-making, team capability building, and supplier coordination across international development and technology-enabled innovation portfolios.
