Responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant billing for orthopedic physicians, ASCs, and ancillary services. Reviews clinical documentation for complete charge capture, enters charges, submits clean electronic claims, resolves edits/denials, supports revenue integrity and month-end reconciliation, and collaborates with coding, clinical, and finance teams.

Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable and denied claims to maximize reimbursement. Prioritize high-dollar claims, review EOBs and contracts, submit appeals, verify insurance, negotiate with TPAs, handle patient billing inquiries, and recommend adjustments or refunds when appropriate.
