Serves as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and chat. Provides guidance on enrollment and policy servicing, processes annuity applications, updates contracts and customer records, handles payments and beneficiary changes, and resolves inquiries with internal teams. Maintains accurate CRM and policy system data while meeting customer satisfaction, service-level, quality, compliance, and productivity goals.

Supports annuity in-force operations through strategic projects, regulatory and product change interpretation, process updates, compliance reviews, corrective processing, root-cause analysis, knowledge transfer, business requirements, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead compliance for a direct-to-consumer annuity platform, overseeing regulatory frameworks, product development, digital distribution, marketing and advertising reviews, regulatory change management, training, and scalable compliance workflows. Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Technology, and leadership to translate insurance, securities, privacy, and consumer protection requirements into practical guidance.
