Lead QA Automation Engineer to own automation strategy across a multi-surface product portfolio: design and build automation frameworks, set quality standards, drive test coverage and release decisions, review code, mentor QA engineers, represent QA cross-functionally, improve SDLC processes, and participate in hiring.

Lead a small operations team handling annuity in-force administration and death claims. Oversee staffing, ensure regulatory compliance and controls, optimize processes and metrics, resolve escalated claims, partner with Legal/IT/Product for improvements and automation, and support strategic projects and team development.

Full-time fall internship performing data collection, processing, statistical analysis, tool development, and automation to support underwriting, residual value forecasting, loss tracing, and operational improvements; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
