Design and maintain a modular interior module library for specialty vehicles: 3D model cabinetry and equipment integrations, source components, validate fit/weight/power, create renderings, produce parametric modules for a configurator, and support in-house prototyping and fabrication.

Manage shop-floor production schedules end-to-end, convert engineering CAD (Siemens NX) into build/work-instruction drawings, resolve technician issues, run daily build reviews, and drive manufacturability improvements while holding teams accountable to deadlines.

Own the link between engineering and the production floor: answer technicians' questions, produce and maintain 2D work instruction drawings from CAD (Siemens NX), run and own build schedules, lead daily floor status reviews, walk the shop, feed manufacturability feedback into engineering, and improve build documentation and processes.

Own Grounded's on-site social presence and short-form video production: strategy, shooting, editing, publishing, community management, analytics, and media asset management to drive inbound leads, brand awareness, and recruiting.

Lead mechanical design for customer vehicles and a modular platform from concept through CAD to shop floor. Use Siemens NX to design complex assemblies, collaborate with technicians, create BOMs and work instructions, and iterate designs while supporting production. Drive systems-level integration across mechanical, plumbing, and electrical, and help build a reusable module library and automation tools.

Build and own features across mobile app, fleet dashboard, and onboard telemetry systems. Design data models and APIs connecting vehicles to cloud services. Create internal tooling for design-to-manufacturing automation (parametric CAD, dynamic BOMs, configurator). Collaborate with mechanical/electrical engineers, ship end-to-end features, and make pragmatic architecture decisions in a small startup environment.

Lead and grow the mechanical engineering team while remaining hands-on in CAD and the shop. Define the modular vehicle platform architecture, set design standards, deliver against production backlog, and partner with software to automate design-to-manufacturing workflows. Balance shipping customer vehicles with iterating toward scalable, configurable modules.

Serve as the technical bridge between customers and engineering: scope deals, translate requirements into buildable vehicle configurations, support sales demos and site visits, define modules for a modular platform, build configurator logic, and produce technical proposals and documentation.
