Owns full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, software, field operations, and generalist roles. Builds recruiting systems, sourcing pipelines, interview processes, metrics, candidate experience, and employer brand from scratch. Partners with founders and hiring managers on role definition, headcount planning, compensation negotiation, and closing difficult candidates. The role is based in person in Detroit and emphasizes hiring for automotive, electric vehicle, industrial manufacturing, and startup environments.

Own end-to-end multimedia production: shoot photography and cinematic video in-factory and on location, edit and color grade footage, create 3D models and renderings, design graphics and sales materials, produce channel-specific edits, and maintain an organized media library while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Build outbound sales pipeline for modular electric vehicle offerings: research prospects, run multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, book meetings, maintain HubSpot CRM, and develop the outbound playbook.
