GRO Community

GRO Community is a Chicago-based nonprofit delivering culturally grounded, trauma-informed mental health and social services for boys and men of color (ages 5+), focusing on Black and Brown communities and low-income families. Operating in Chicago and additional cities, GRO provides therapeutic care, workforce supports, training, and employment programs to reduce youth unemployment and improve wellbeing through community-centered, evidence-informed interventions.
