Lead post-sale implementation and delivery for a portfolio of event-organiser clients. Create and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, configure the Grip platform, manage risks and scope, attend onsite events, ensure go-live readiness, and capture process improvements to deliver events on time and to client standards.

Lead and grow the Manage Squad to deliver Grip's event registration platform. Own people management, sprint delivery, architecture, platform health, security, observability, and integrations. Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to balance features and modernization, and drive AI-first development practices across the squad.

Own end-to-end delivery and commercial growth of Grip Onsite at live events: manage setup, operation and breakdown of hardware, badge stock, SmartBadge deployments, third-party technicians, pre-event checklists and customer walkthroughs. Act as primary technical escalation, support sales for quoting and deal structuring, and develop scalable processes and technician pool to grow the business.
