Teams at Grip

Own the data integration and product roadmap supporting Grip’s AI and agentic systems. Diagnose integration issues, guide API and ETL pipeline work, manage CDP tracking and data quality, define metrics, and shape data for AI consumption. The role will expand into MCP tool design, agentic workflows, AI architecture, monitoring, evaluation, and security while coordinating agile ceremonies and engineering delivery.

Own end-to-end post-sale implementation and delivery for event-organizer clients. Build project plans, manage scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and client communications; configure the event platform; coordinate technical and cross-functional teams; oversee data imports, integrations, testing, readiness reviews, go-live, onsite event delivery, and closeout. Track delivery effort and metrics, resolve issues, manage change requests, and improve scalable delivery processes.
