Lead design and project delivery for complex architecture projects from concept through construction administration. Coordinate teams and consultants, resolve technical challenges, mentor junior staff, promote design and sustainability culture, and travel periodically as required. Ensure high-quality construction documents and client satisfaction.

Manage and direct BIM delivery on architectural projects: set up projects, develop workflows, act as Information Manager, lead BIM coordinators, maintain models and deliverables, ensure ISO19650 and Grimshaw BIM Standards compliance, provide training and technical support, and perform hands-on BIM work as needed.

Support project teams with computational design workflows, run environmental analyses, deliver training in Rhino/Grasshopper/Dynamo, document best practices, and advance studio-wide design technology standards and capability.

Support financial management of a large infrastructure project: collate and monitor timesheets, prepare sub-consultant cost reports, analyse spend against forecast, assist invoice and AFP preparation, track purchase orders, perform QA and audit support, prepare data for Qlik reporting, and contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow monitoring.

Contribute to design across project phases as part of multidisciplinary teams, resolve design and technical challenges, coordinate with consultants, pursue design excellence, and support studio initiatives and sustainability culture.
