Provides dedicated executive support to the North American Managing Partner, including calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation, travel itineraries, expenses, correspondence, and confidential assignments. Coordinates business initiatives, strategic projects, board administration, presentations, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, discretion, multitasking, and independent problem-solving while working full-time in the New York studio.

Leads business development for Grimshaw’s Sydney studio by developing growth plans, analyzing markets and opportunities, building strategic client partnerships, forecasting revenue, managing KPIs and budgets, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and bids, and coordinating with marketing. The role requires strong architecture and multidisciplinary-sector contacts across Australia and New Zealand, tender and EOI expertise, and proven commercial business development success.

Embed in project teams to develop and implement computational design workflows, automate processes, support design exploration and analysis, integrate with BIM/sustainability/CGI teams, adopt emerging technologies (including Generative AI), deliver training and mentorship, and contribute to regional and firmwide design-technology initiatives.
