Manage BIM delivery across architectural projects, including project setup, BIM strategies, Revit workflows, model coordination, information management, deliverables, quality assurance, ISO 19650 compliance, and team training. The role supports project teams, manages BIM coordinators, maintains models and documentation, and reports progress to the BIM Lead. Hands-on project work may also be required.

Coordinates bids, tenders, proposals, framework submissions, and competition entries throughout the bid lifecycle. Maintains schedules, action trackers, document registers, checklists, bid libraries, databases, and business development systems. Collaborates with internal teams and external consultants to gather information, format and quality-check submissions, support reviews and meetings, and ensure compliant, accurate, on-time delivery.
