Contribute to design and documentation across all project stages using Revit. Coordinate with consultants and external stakeholders, present to clients, produce strong graphical presentations, and work collaboratively within the studio while taking initiative on projects.

Lead and embed Computational Design across projects and regions by developing workflows, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Provide technical leadership, mentor specialists, coordinate resources, create standards and training, collaborate with BIM/Sustainability/IT, and represent the practice in industry engagement and research.

Lead North American business development efforts for Grimshaw, conducting market research and intelligence, building relationships, developing pitches and campaigns, managing CRM and bid budgets, tracking pipeline and conversion metrics, and aligning BD initiatives across New York and Los Angeles studios to secure new work.
