Owns daily and monthly treasury reporting, cash management, liquidity monitoring, dealing activities, settlements, credit analysis, and treasury mandates. The role supports the Treasurer, manages liquidity and capital risk reporting, monitors depositor behavior, contributes to investment strategy, and helps deliver strategic banking projects. It also requires improving treasury processes, producing clear documentation, and maintaining regulatory readiness within a remote-first growth-stage bank.

Support Griffin's Marketing team across content, social, PR, events, customer co-marketing, and reporting. Produce copy, basic graphics and video, manage social and HubSpot comms, coordinate events and awards, support PR pitches and agency work, and help track marketing performance while working in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead a small cross-functional engineering team end-to-end: stay technical (code, review, pair), manage delivery via Shape Up cycles, own architecture and correctness for money-moving systems, hire and develop engineers, work closely with product and stakeholders, and improve team processes and autonomy.
