Act as a player-coach, stay hands-on, align tightly with sales, measure impact rigorously, and evolve the playbook to increase market recognition and lead volume.

Lead Gridcog's people function end-to-end: develop people strategy, partner with execs on org design and hiring, improve hiring/onboarding/performance, manage people operations and compliance, and strengthen culture and engagement across a distributed SaaS team.
