Provide high-touch executive support to the Chief Commercial Officer: manage calendar and inbox, organise travel and meetings, prepare agendas and briefing notes, coordinate proposals and contracts, handle sensitive information, streamline commercial processes, and lead cross-team projects to keep the commercial function running smoothly.

Lead Gridcog's people function end-to-end: develop people strategy, partner with execs on org design and hiring, improve hiring/onboarding/performance, manage people operations and compliance, and strengthen culture and engagement across a distributed SaaS team.

Create and publish SEO-optimised blogs, newsletters and LinkedIn content; manage content calendar and analytics; support and organise trade shows and events; produce on-brand Canva assets; collaborate with Commercial team to grow their LinkedIn presence and ensure consistent brand voice and quality.
