Administer live esports tournaments by setting up and monitoring matches, coordinating teams, talent, stakeholders, and production teams, resolving issues under pressure, and maintaining schedules and documentation. The role supports CS2 tournament operations, match administration, event coordination, and clear communication during evenings or weekends when required.

Build and maintain mission-critical, event-driven backend services; improve reliability; contribute to architecture and technology decisions; design robust REST and GraphQL APIs; apply automated testing, monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD; collaborate with product stakeholders and remote engineering teams using Agile practices.

Build and maintain BI dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, KPI frameworks, and analysis-ready datasets supporting esports trading operations. Use advanced SQL, ETL optimization, and BI tools to monitor performance, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights to traders and cross-functional stakeholders. Collaborate with Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams to productionize scalable solutions and support ad hoc analysis.

Grow GRID’s esports odds business by identifying and winning sportsbook and betting operator customers. Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Build customer relationships, meet sales targets, identify expansion opportunities for data visualization and streaming products, and collaborate with product, trading, and commercial teams. Represent GRID at industry events and stay informed about sports betting, sportsbook technology, and esports betting trends.

Monitor live esports betting markets, flag trading issues, apply MOBA and League of Legends knowledge to improve odds, assess model accuracy, support post-match reviews, and learn risk-management fundamentals under senior trader guidance.
