Requires deep FPS esports knowledge, strong probability and expected-value understanding, risk management experience, analytical judgment, and flexible availability.

Administer live esports tournaments by setting up and monitoring matches, coordinating teams, talent, stakeholders, and production teams, resolving issues under pressure, and maintaining schedules and documentation. The role supports CS2 tournament operations, match administration, event coordination, and clear communication during evenings or weekends when required.
