Provide vocational assessment, individualized training, and on-site job coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities. Maintain progress documentation, coordinate transportation as needed, and work flexible schedules to support clients during their work hours.

Provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: teach life skills, assist with ADLs, prepare meals, administer medication, provide transportation, document care in computer systems, and facilitate community and recreational activities to promote independence.

Use positive behavior strategies, support independence, encourage social involvement, and assist with personal care as needed. Flexible, part-time schedule with mileage and activity reimbursements.

Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, conduct assessments and observations across settings, analyze behavioral data, provide crisis intervention, train and mentor direct support staff, write periodic psychological/behavioral reviews, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring OPWDD compliance.

Paid internship supporting children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in day habilitation and after-school programs. Interns assist with daily living, communication, social skills, community and recreational activities, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment while gaining college credit and hands-on experience.

Unpaid college-credit internship assisting with administrative and office projects, supporting recruitment and HR initiatives, creating marketing and fundraising materials, providing basic IT support, participating in research, data collection and reporting, and developing professional communication and organizational skills.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to children, teens, or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and the community. Help clients build life skills, achieve personal goals, encourage community involvement, and use positive behavior strategies. Work afternoons, early evenings, and weekends; mileage reimbursed.
