Provides one-on-one support to children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities. Helps individuals achieve personal goals, develop life skills, build independence, participate in community activities, and strengthen social connections. Uses positive behavior strategies, creates meaningful activities, and assists with personal care when needed. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend scheduling.

The role is part-time with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability, requiring reliable transportation and comfort using smartphones and web-based applications.

Support children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in day habilitation and after-school programs. Assist with daily living, communication, social skills, community and recreational activities, independence, and personal growth while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. The internship offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, college credit eligibility, paid work, training, and hands-on experience.
