Provide vocational assessment, individualized training, and on-site job coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities. Maintain progress documentation, coordinate transportation as needed, and work flexible schedules to support clients during their work hours.

Provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: teach life skills, assist with ADLs, prepare meals, administer medication, provide transportation, document care in computer systems, and facilitate community and recreational activities to promote independence.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and skill-building for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and the community. Use positive behavior strategies, support independence, encourage social involvement, and assist with personal care as needed. Flexible, part-time schedule with mileage and activity reimbursements.
