Supports end-to-end talent acquisition for non-sales roles across engineering, product, design, marketing, operations, and G&A. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and communities; screening applicants; coordinating interviews; maintaining pipelines, trackers, and dashboards; supporting offer rollouts; and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also coordinates with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and HR Operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own the end-to-end client journey, including onboarding, engagement monitoring, adoption optimization, issue resolution, feedback collection, growth opportunities, renewals, and revenue expansion. The role partners closely with clients, founders, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, influence product development, and deliver measurable outcomes using CRM, Excel, WhatsApp APIs, and marketing tools.
