Manage and supervise photovoltaic site construction and commissioning: coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, develop project plans, handle licensing and documentation, monitor progress and budgets, resolve technical issues, and maintain projects post-commissioning while reporting to senior management.

Manage commercial and contractual administration of EPC, construction, infrastructure, and equipment supply contracts for utility-scale renewable energy projects. Lead variations, claims, extensions of time, disputes, risk mitigation, compliance monitoring, cost forecasting, contract close-out, and lender documentation. Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams across solar, wind, BESS, and grid connection projects.

Leads the Group HSE strategy across international operations, developing governance, policies, standards, management systems, KPIs, audits, risk controls, and assurance programs. Partners with business and operational leaders to embed safety and environmental priorities into decision-making and projects, supports sustainability and ESG objectives, promotes continuous improvement, and represents the company in industry and certification forums. The role requires extensive international HSE leadership experience, strong ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge, and international travel availability.
