Supports procurement for utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage operations and asset management projects. Responsibilities include supplier research, tender and RFP/RFQ execution, bid evaluation, cost forecasting, purchase order tracking, contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and procurement reporting. The role collaborates with technical, legal, compliance, risk, and EHS teams across multiple countries and requires analytical, negotiation, multitasking, and process-improvement skills.

Owns business development and the full sales cycle for distributed renewable energy solutions across Poland. Prospects commercial and industrial clients, structures and negotiates solar, storage, energy efficiency, PPA, leasing, and Energy-as-a-Service agreements. Monitors market and regulatory developments, manages CRM pipelines and forecasts, builds strategic partnerships, and collaborates with engineering, legal, finance, and delivery teams to originate and execute projects.

Supports Greenvolt’s global process management platform through configuration, documentation migration, process mapping, governance, standardization, reporting, stakeholder workshops, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also provides administrative and operational support for business transformation projects across international business units.
