The P&C Analyst will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial report development, variance analysis, and improving reporting tools and databases.

Lead engineering delivery for utility-scale solar, onshore wind and BESS projects: manage design through construction, own engineering schedule, support technical due diligence and procurement, coordinate with designers and EPC/BOP contractors, ensure H&S and quality integration, and provide construction support and travel coordination.

Drive commercial development of decentralized solar projects: build and manage B2B pipeline, lead end-to-end sales (prospecting, proposals, negotiation, contract closure), maintain client relationships, monitor market and regulatory trends, collaborate with engineering/legal/project teams, and provide sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
