Leads Greentown Houston’s Community Experience team, overseeing memberships and sales, community engagement, onboarding, front desk, and office operations. Owns membership growth, KPIs, pipeline health, process improvement, communications, programming, and the day-to-day member experience. This fully in-person role requires hands-on team leadership, operational rigor, accountability, and occasional evening work and travel for events.

Leads Greentown Labs’ philanthropic and partnership revenue strategy, owning a multi-million-dollar target and personally cultivating, soliciting, and closing major gifts. Builds relationships with philanthropists, foundations, corporations, government funders, family offices, and strategic partners; develops funding proposals, blended-finance structures, and research partnerships; manages donor stewardship, reporting, CRM pipeline discipline, and site-level annual giving and sponsorship strategies in Boston and Houston.

Manage a portfolio of partner accounts in Houston, overseeing onboarding, engagement, delivery, retention, renewals, and account growth. Serve as the primary partner contact, maintain accurate CRM records, support events and strategic projects, and collaborate with teams across Houston and Somerville. The role requires strong communication, organization, account-management discipline, climate and energy interest, and hybrid on-site availability.
